Delete Your Job Wizard Account

Job Wizard is developed by Alwyn Kotze. If you'd like to delete your account and associated data, follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Job Wizard account:

Send an email to alwynbkotze@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
Include the email address associated with your Job Wizard account
Your request will be processed within 30 days

What Gets Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted:

Your account information (name, email, password)
Customer records and job data you've created
Photos and voice note transcripts attached to jobs
Financial records and dashboard data

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (e.g. subscription payment records processed via Google Play Billing), even after your account is deleted. Any such records are retained only as long as legally required.

Timeframe

Account and data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
